What languages do you support?

Yes! We support English, Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin), Arabic, Vietnamese, and Tagalog. Each family member can set their preferred language when they join. Everyone gets prompts in their language and can respond in their language, while everyone else receives their updates automatically translated.

Is the free trial really free? Do I need to enter a credit card?

Yes, it's completely free! No credit card required to start your 2-week trial. About 2 days before your trial ends, we'll send you a text asking if you'd like to continue with a paid subscription. If you don't want to continue, just ignore the text or reply "STOP" and you won't be charged anything.

How does the translation work?

Each family member sets their preferred language when they join. When someone responds to the weekly prompt in their language, we automatically translate their response into each family member's preferred language for the Friday digest. So if Grandma writes in Spanish, everyone gets her update in their own language - English, Chinese, etc.

How does the weekly text prompt work?

Every Monday at 10am (customizable), each family member receives a fun, engaging prompt in their preferred language like 'What made you smile this week?' or 'What's your favorite meal lately?' We rotate through different questions each week to keep it fresh and interesting. Family members just reply to that text with their update in whatever language they prefer.

What happens when my free trial ends?

About 2 days before your 2-week trial ends, we'll send you a text explaining how to continue if you're enjoying the service. If you don't respond or choose not to continue, your account will simply be paused - no charges, no hassle. You can always restart later if you change your mind!

What if some family members don't text?

FamilyPulse works best with texting, but for non-texting family members, there's an option to participate via email instead. They'll receive their prompts via email in their preferred language and can respond by email. The digest will still include everyone's updates regardless of how they were submitted.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. There are no contracts or commitments. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard with just a couple of clicks. During your free trial, there's nothing to cancel - just don't continue when we ask!
